議事程序

學術會議共8場，論文發表24篇；另有一場專題演講、一場圓桌會議、一場音樂民族誌影片播放以及一場迎賓晚會暨音樂會演出。
小組討論共計90分鐘，每一場三位發表者（每位發表20分鐘，與會人員提問約8-10分鐘）。
圓桌會議共計90分鐘，討論議題為“跨越疆域的想像：東南亞與臺灣表演藝術之未來與再思考”，由主持人邀請5位討論人針對議題進行發表，每位最多10分鐘，其他約20 分鐘交由主持人引導討論人交互對談以及聽眾提問，以便進行深入討論。
